About the 908th

908th Airlift Wing shield The 908th Airlift Wing in Montgomery, Ala. is Alabama's only Air Force Reserve unit. The wing has approximately 1,200 Reserve Citizen Airmen, serving in more than 80 career fields, with Air Reserve Technicians, civilian employees and Reservists on active duty tours conducting day-to-day operations.

Psychological Health

My name is Amy Kemp-Wellmeier and I am the 908th’s Director of Psychological Health. The goal of the Psychological Health Program and Air Force Reserve Directors of Psychological Health is to utilize my education, knowledge, training and expertise to increase individual, unit and Wing Readiness to help Airmen and their families maximize psychological health, resilience and well-being. I DO NOT put anything in the medical record nor do I report anything to your chain of command with the exception of, if you are a danger to yourself, others or the mission. I am eager to assist (in person or by phone) with a variety of life and military related issues including but not limited to: • Anxiety • Depression • Work Stress • Family discord • Parenting • Alcohol and drug abuse • Sleep disturbance • Deployment Stress • Marriage and relationships • Anger Management Please call me at 334-413-4575 or stop by my office at building 1056 room 203. Dept. of the Air Force
