U.S. Air Force Maj. Katrina Smith, 908th Flying Training Wing Equal Opportunity section Director, who joined the section in March 2024, oversees leading the rest of the section to act as advisors, educators, assessors and change agents across the wing. She leads the EO team in accomplishing their mission by working closely with the unit commanders, pushing out information pertaining to the EO program, conducting out and abouts in each unit and ensuring all Airmen are adhering to good order and discipline. Toni Page, 908th Flying Training Wing Equal Opportunity section noncommissioned officer in charge helps run the wing’s EO program making sure members are aware of the Air Force and DoD policies on prohibited discrimination and discriminatory harassment, including sexual harassment, against military members on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, including pregnancy, national origin, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
