Wing Airmen provide aid at Tuskegee Airmen National Historic site dedication

Oct. 10. Sergeants Haney, Jackson, Guice, and 23 other 908th AW from nearby Maxwell AFB serving as escorts provided assistance to 300 or so surviving Tuskegee Airmen who attended the ceremony. The famed black aviators Airmen overcame segregation and prejudice to become one of the most highly respected fighter groups of World War II.
